Following Rotterdam City District Youth Care Office, Zeeland Youth Care Office has decided to digitalise its questionnaires using i-worxs Webforms by Intraworks.
The Youth Care Offices (YCO) in the Netherlands are mutually involved in improving the process of indication establishment, guided by the Civil Entrepreneurship Taskforce (MO-groep), coined the VIB project, or Youth Care Indication Improvement in English. They do so using an unambiguous set of criteria for their work processes, the instruments/ questionnaires, and skills related to their child abuse approach and indication establishment process.
A range of questionnaires is used to support the indication process, such as CBCL, QuickSTEP, LIRIK, and CARE.NL, for instance.
In order to score and process the various questionnaires, Rotterdam City District Youth Care Office was looking for a web-based solution that could be integrated into its primary registration system, to prevent having to do the same things twice. Intraworks was asked to provide a solution to this challenge.
With our i-worxs Webforms, all instruments are now offered digitally to the target group (care professionals and clients). After they have been filled out, the digital questionnaires are processed fully automatically, after which the results effortlessly flow back into the primary registration system – making results available in their proper context at all times.
At present, half of all Youth Care Offices use this smart solution to digitalising questionnaires.
